-Afterhours is all about groovey dance music all night long in a chill atmosphere with a great sound system. Consistent alternative house music will be played by professional DJs who spin at SF's top profile events. Its a melting pot of clubbers, ravers, hipsters, underground heads, and all dance music lovers as they come together to dance the night away beyond 2am. No top 40's BS that you listen to at any given club. No mo...re banging waaay too hard electro that is borderline trance. No cheezy mashups vocal radio tracks. We want to save you from the inconsistent bad music that we hear too frequently at today's dance music events. Just sexy, groovey, danceable house tracks to keep you moving all night long. The music will start out friendly with DJ TWIST as he brings some familiar vocals and house tracks. Then after midnight TALL SASHA will increase the tempo as he brings his RUBYSKYE main room set to get the crowd pumped up. Then after 2am SF's afterhours maestro, DJ ROOZ will take things a bit deeper will increasing the energy with some banging tech house tunes.
This event is all about the music; it has been programmed perfectly. Not too cheezy, not too underground, not too ravey, not too hard, not too soft, a perfect balance of neutral house music that everyone can enjoy. Not too cheezy for the underground heads, not too crazy for the regular clubbers, not too preppy for the hipsters, perfect for everyone and anyone who loves dance music.
In an age where everyone is segregated based on who they hang out with and the style of music they listen to, we wanted to do the opposite and bring everyone together for a banging after hours party. A neutral afterhours venue where everyone and anyone can have a good time.
