This party was insane, one of the best shows ive done this summer, based on the DJ lineup, the cool loving crowd, the numbers and the 12hours i had to be there... it was awesome. It was like a WMC party in Miami, where you show up and see some of the biggest DJs in the world for a fair price. Whenever you have 3 of the biggest house djs in the world, expect the party to go off.
Mark Farina went on at 1am, and some didnt know it was Farina. Hey you gotta read the set times ive posted around. He was incredible, rocked the house, as soon as someone yelled Mark Farina, everyone busted out their cameras.
Then Miguel Migs got on the decks at around 3am and took it all the way till 5am. A more underground side of Migs was revealed, even towards the end I heard some tech house...everyone loved his set.
At 5am Michael Anthony and Gordon Waze got on the decks and spun for 30 min, then suddenly DJ Dan shows up at the party. Once we got all of Dan's 20 friends in for free, and after some peer pressure, Dan got on the decks and spun till 6:30am.
I mean c'mon; Migs, Farina and to top it off a 6am set by DJ Dan. Even to our surprise even some Hollywood celebs showed up; Drew Barrymore, Justin Long (the guy from mac and pc commercial - the cool kid mac ) and Sam Rockwell (guy from Hitchikers guide...). They were very cool and down to earth people. Im wasnt star struck, but how many celebs come to an underground party in SF... i had to write about that shit.
