One of our old frinds and worlds top Electro House pioneers is back in SF for another incredible night at supperclub. There is no doubt that John was a major contributer to the electro house movement back in 2003 (yes its been that long). His electro house productions were ranked top of the Global charts with DJs and producers. He and his label's were putting out hit after hit, after hit. His success ranked him #22 most popular DJ in the world in 2006 and #64 in 2007 (DJMag.com)
John Acquaviva is sooooo old school, back in the early 90's his fame started in Chicago with the underground house and techno movement. John started a record lable with partner Richie Hawtin. In the late 90's him and Richie Hawtin were responsible for Final Scratch DJ technology. Now not only does he run many successful record labels, he is also part founder of Beatport, one of the worlds most popular Electronic dance music websites.
