This is a live recording from my set at Deep Blue with Mark Farina at Mighty on Saturday Jan. 30th 2010 at Mighty. It was one awesome fucking party!!! We reached capacity at around 1am. Mark Farina killed it, the crowd went nuts. I got on the decks at around 2:20am and took it to sometime after 4am.
I am really proud of this mix, very clean live mix, no computer just 2 turn tables and 3 CDJs. If you listen carefully you can hear 3 tracks at the same time going on for most of the mix. I wanted to remix the tracks live to add my own flavor to the tracks you might of heard before, i wanted it to be more unique. I started off very housey, i mean you gotta keep the flow going when your closing for Farina. Then slowly started bringing in some techy beats while keeping the house groove. this was definitely more housey than the last 2 Live at Deep Blue mixes but still has the underground feel while keeping the big room energy.
